Does TempoWeave run on Windows or MacOS?

How do I update my Subscription or associated email address?

Click on My Account in the website menu to access your account. There you will need to enter the email address you used when purchasing TempoWeave. Then the system will email you with a link that you can use to login to your account and update your subscription or your email address. If you no longer have access to the email you used when purchasing TempoWeave, contact us and we'll assist you in changing your email address.
Does TempoWeave read and write a standard WIF file?

Yes. We also support our own LoftyFiber format (.TWA) which includes additional features unique to TempoWeave.
Can I load TempoWeave on more than one of my computers?

Yes, you can load TempoWeave on any computer that you (as in individual) own. Simply install and then validate with your subscription id that you received when you originally purchased TempoWeave Pro. You can validate under Help | License in TempoWeave.
How do I download the TempoWeave install again (or to my new computer)?

Click on My Account in the website menu to access your account. There you will need to enter the email address you used when purchasing TempoWeave. Then the system will email you with a link that you can use to login to your account and download again. You can also use this page to update your subscription or your email address.
What happens if I allow my Pro subscription to expire after one year?

If you don't renew the annual subscription ($45), you will simply lose the Pro features and benefits. TempoWeave will continue to run as TempoWeave Core. If you allow your Pro subscription to expire, you will be able to add it at a late date for a small additional charge.
